I’m Jeremy Perry, founder of PrimeFlex Adjusters LLC and a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster based in Cincinnati, Ohio. With over 15 years of experience spanning residential construction, property damage assessment, and full-cycle claims management, I’ve seen just about every side of the insurance process. What I’ve also seen—far too often—is how policyholders get shortchanged by the very companies meant to protect them.
PrimeFlex was born out of that frustration. I founded this company to advocate for homeowners, not insurance companies.
